The City Council will provide any direction needed on issues presented. Depending on the issue raised, City Council may choose to discuss this at a future work session, future City Council Meeting, require staff to follow up, or chose to do nothing at all.

Rezoning - Parcel Vicinity of CR137 and 28th Ave S - R-1 to R-2, Bob and Helen Trisko

Recommend adoption of resolution rezoning property owned by Bob and Helen Trisko from R-1, Single Family Residential District to R-2, Townhome, Twinhome, Duplex and Patio Home District.

B.

Variance - Increase Maximum Building Height from 45 to 55 feet in I-1, Light Industrial District - St. Cloud Cold Storage

Recommend adoption of resolution approving variance to increase maximum allowable height for buildings in I-1, Light Industrial District from 45 feet or three stories to 55 feet for St. Cloud Cold Storage facilities vertical expansion.
