Work Session Agenda

          
          2nd Street North/West Avenue Review:  Staff would like to discuss with the City Council
              the plan to address needed improvements for these two streets.  Before setting up a
              meeting with property owners to discuss needed right-of-way, staff would like to discuss
              the plan with the City Council to ensure all are on the same page moving forward.
