Utility Bill Payment Options
You can now pay your water/sewer utility bill with a checking or savings account, or a debit or credit card by one of the following methods: paying online, by using the "PSN Payments" mobile app or by calling the toll-free number listed below. You can also view your amount due online or on the mobile app.
Click the button above. The first time you will register; after that, payments are 3 easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.) More features: set up paperless billing, print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay and more.

CONVENIENCE FEES APPLY TO ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS: $1.10 FOR ELECTRONIC CHECK AND SAVINGS PMTS; 3.0% (+50¢ IF UNDER $100) FOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS.

Drop off your payment during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or we have a locked drop box available 24/7 for payments by check at city hall located at: 19 13th Avenue North, Waite Park.
