Rental Housing Information

City Ordinance 100, Housing & Property Maintenance, states that no person shall operate a rental property in the City of Waite Park without first having properly filed a Rental Dwelling License Application and paid the appropriate fee to the City of Waite Park. 

Licenses shall be renewed on or before March 31st of each year. All renewals not received by March 31st, will expire and a late fee will be assessed as adopted per Appendix B - Waite Park Schedule of Fee Charges.

Fees:     

Application & Initial Inspection Fee - $60.00 

Yearly License Fee up to 2 units - $50.00/unit

Yearly License Fee, 3 or more units - $100.00 + $15.00/unit
